13 Bridges Challenge 2026

I am taking part in 13 Bridges Challenge in support of SSAFA

I am taking part in 13 Bridges Challenge in support of SSAFA, the Armed Forces charity. On 27th June 2026 I will be walking 10-mile's across 13 iconic bridges in London, to celebrate National Armed Forces Day and raise vital funds to support our Armed Forces Community.

SSAFA, the Armed Forces charity is a trusted source of support for serving personnel, veterans and their families in their time of need. In 2024 our trained teams of volunteers and employees helped more than 50,000 people, including veterans, serving personnel (regulars and reserves) and their families.

SSAFA understands that behind every uniform is a person. And we are here for that person and their family, any time they need us and in any way they need us.

Carl's Story

Saturday 11th Apr

When RAF airman Carl and his partner faced the terrifying news that their unborn son had only a 10% chance of survival, they were far from home, coping with hospital visits and two young children - overwhelmed in every way.

SSAFA stepped in, providing a caseworker and covering everyday essentials; petrol, hospital parking, groceries, so Carl could focus on his family.

Today, baby Harvey is healthy and thriving. It’s support like yours that makes stories like Carl’s possible.

💬 “It was a comfort to know there was someone there to help.”

Your challenge is more than just a walk. It’s a lifeline.
