March Update

Vikings on the 13 Bridges Challenge – Supporting SSAFA!

On 27 June 2026, Scott, Ross, and the fearless Navis crew will again set out on an epic adventure across London tackling the 13 Bridges Challenge, a 10‑mile journey across some of the capital’s most iconic river crossings.

But this isn’t just any walk… This year, we’re doing it Viking‑style!

That’s right — in honour of the Vikings who occupied London in 871–872 AD, our team will be marching across the bridges dressed as Norse warriors, complete with Viking helmets, and with longboat‑style wheelchairs.(So, if you spot a longboat rolling past the Thames, don’t worry — it’s just us!!!)

You may remember last year, Ross completed this challenge dressed as a Roman in a Roman chariot — and raised £8,900 shared between two charities SSAFA and This is Us based in Kent. This year, we are raising funds just for SSAFA and we’re levelling up with an even bolder theme. From Romans to Vikings… who knows what era we’ll conquer next?

Please support us with a donation on our SSAFA donation pages to help raise vital funds for SSAFA and celebrate National Armed Forces Day.

SSAFA is a trusted lifeline for serving personnel, veterans, and their families in their times of need. SSAFA provides emotional, financial, and practical support to the Armed Forces community.
