The nearest tube stations are St James's Park (4 minute walk), Victoria (13 minute walk) and Green Park (17 minute walk).

Is there any parking available?
There is no parking at the venue and limited parking nearby. The surrounding area is a Controlled Parking Zone, please check the Westminster Council website for information on public parking.
We recommend using public transport where possible.
If you are coming by taxi please ask for The Guards Chapel on Birdcage Walk.

When is the concert taking place?
Wednesday 3rd December 2025.
What time does the SSAFA Carol Concert start and finish?
We ask all guests to arrive from 1745, with everyone to be seated by 1830. The concert will begin at 1900 and finish at 2000.
Will there be a programme?
Yes, a printed programme will be available for all guests on arrival.
Is there a dress code?
While there is no formal dress code, we kindly ask attendees to dress in smart attire.
Can I buy tickets on the door?
Tickets won’t be available on the door, so please make sure to book in advance.
Can I donate to SSAFA at the concert?
There will be opportunities to donate during the event, including a bucket collection at the end of the service. We have facilities for cash and card donations.
Will food or refreshments be available at the carol concert?
No food or refreshments will be served before or during the service.
However, there is an exclusive drinks and canapés reception in the Officer’s Mess following the concert. Tickets for this (concert and reception) are available for £150 - and are extremely limited - so please book early to avoid disappointment.
What should I do if I don’t have my ticket or can’t find it?
